Due Diligence

A due diligence is often viewed as a necessary evil. Sensitive hereto, our due diligence team aims to add value for money. The due diligence exercise focuses on confirming assumptions being made by our client regarding the target, checking that the business is being conducted lawfully and in accordance with its contractual relationships and identifying potential hurdles to consummating the transaction. 

In conducting the legal due diligence, we work with various industry specialists relevant to the transaction at hand, and in particular, the financial due diligence team. In this way, a composite report can be prepared for client ensuring that all aspects of the transaction and business at hand have been covered.
